Query 1 : What are all Compensation components to retain top talents in organization. ESOPs, RSU, ESPP are the only components.
Query 2: I want deep understanding and difference between all amongst ESOPs & RSU , ESPP.

Incentives, bonuses etc.are already there in the compensation structure.
