Dear Seniors, Good evening all, We are facing an issue with EPFO EPS, we have paid a monthly contribution amount of EPS to share more than 1250/- per month.
those employee are facing the issue with EPFO by the time of their PF withdrawal.

Can you please tell me, is there any fixed slab for EPS contribution even if the employee EPF wage more than 15000/-

Dear Colleague,
EPS contribution as per 2014 amendment is restricted to INR 15,000/- only and the maximum contribution to Pension Fund is restricted to 1250/- only. If you remember, this is the case pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for hearing which arise based on Judgement of Kerala High Court in the year 2018. ( This is the very short understanding of the very big story and legal battle going on on this matter). In your case if you had remitted more then the excess amount has to be brought back to EPF account of the member by approaching the Asst PF Commissioner - Accounts of your EPFO Regional Office or Sub Regional Office as the case may be.
