Andhra Factory has 18 employees and want to know what all registers need to be maintained for it. It currently has
1. attendance register
2. wages register
3. ABC bonus register
4. PF/ESI returns
Any other registers or documents required? Does having leave with wages register duly filled and signed by employees enough or should there be corresponding leave applications regarding the same? Also, is this factory required to give any CL, SL. It presently just gives national, festive holidays and 15 days EL.
Also, just for knowledge. How to distinguish between a shop and a factory?
