Drafting showcase notice - One temporary staff in govt office in UK made letter requesting to consider her leave of absence

Hi... I need a small help regarding the drafting showcase. One staff is a temporary status staff in govt office... she is gone to the UK. She had made an application stating she has made letter requesting to consider her leave of absence and she went to the UK without any leave for one year as of 3/07/2019... and no such leaves are available at their account being temporary status... Please help.
