Generally weekly of is given after working 5 / 6 days in a week. Even you work for 4 days how can you expect weekly off to be paid.
If you work 2 days prefix and suffix to your Weekly Off, you will get.

Irrespective of the type of the establishment, if such an arrangement is as a result of the management's decision without a formal lay-off either unilateral or bilateral subject to the provisions of the IDA, 1947, you are entitled to full wages for the period of no work as per the existing contract of employment . As such the question of wages for weekly off pales into insignificance.

What I understood from the query raised is, during the Covid 19 Pandemic, the company is observing attendance by employees 10% or so in rotation by which the employees are working only for 2 days in a week and paid for those 2 days only. Therefore this query whether the weekly off should be given paid or unpaid.
In such case I advise that all the employees collectively talk to the management and have understanding. As per the H'ble SC directions, company should settle the issues relating to wages during the lockdown amicably or through conciliation machinery and sign the MOS.

This will depend on the prevailing Covid pandemic conditions of payment to employees in your organisation and normally will be at the discretion of the Management. Are the remaining 4 days of the week being paid for ? If so and if the salary is monthly based then it should be paid.
