Dear Team, During this pandemic situation of the COVID-19, our sales cycles are taking too long for closure globally, so we are paying 50% salary to all the employees and all our good intentions are to clear the remaining dues when the company is back to its normalcy (cannot predict any date). We would like to seek your suggestion, on how we can present this situation to our employees in a document.

1) If we consider 100% of salaries, employees are wondering when the remaining 50% of the salaries would be credited. DO WE NEED TO PAY TDS on 100% right away which will be a burden now.

2) If we consider only 50% of the salary for now and calculate the tax based on that, the employee might think that organization has decided to pay only 50% hence the tax is calculated on 50%, which may cause employee attrition.

We would like to seek your suggestion, on how we can present this situation to employees in a document.

Thanks and Regards
