Hi Sir, I worked for an organization A from June,2017 to July,2017. I had to leave the organization because of some health issues. As a result I didn't have proper relieving as well as got no Experience letter. I joined another organisation B in October,2017 as a fresher.
Now the employer A deliberately marked incorrect date of exit as April,2018 because of which I am unable to transfer the PF amount as there is a clash of date.
The worst part is that they are also not ready to give me a joint declaration as I absconded. I tried all possible ways but they are not agreeing.
Since, I don't have any experience or relieving letter what can I do in this regard. Will this impact my future employment even if I decide to forfeit the PF received from employer A.
