PF Related - person has worked with the same company from January 2011 to May 2011 & again from Feb 2012 to June 2012

Hi, Please help me understand that what can be done through an HR Person in the below described scenario. A person has worked with the same company from January 2011 to May 2011 & again from Feb 2012 to June 2012. He joined another Organization afterwards & now wants to know if he should withdraw the PF amount of this Organization or transfer both the accounts to his current company. Please suggest the further actions.

Dear All Once UAN generated it is unique.So that even the employee rotate his /her Job they must transfer PF amount past to present company. Better to transfer the PF amount. thanks
