Suppose, My CTC is 11 LPA and inside that 1 LPA is incentive-based. After completion of 1 year based on the performance, they will give me the amount.
Case1: In case I left the company before the time ( Like In DEC. ) do I get the amount whatever is deducted since April.
Case2: If I've 3 months of Notice Period, I put the resignation on JAN and complete 3 Months in April. So, Do I get an amount?
Case3: Assume, In April I get the whole amount 1 LPA, as a performance base and they give me a 20% hike. So, hike considering 10 LPA or 11 LPA. How can I consider?
