Dear Sir, I want to know that if we are terminating one employee from his or her service and giving salary of current running month and one salary of next month as an advance, then whether I have to deduct EPF on both salary separately or a common. And what amount of EPF will be deducted Rs. (1800+1800) of two month or just Rs 1800. Please advice.
