Hello everyone! We are looking to start an Employee Welfare Fund in our company. This will be used in addition to the standard insurance coverage for cases where either the sum assured isn't sufficient or if certain diseases aren't covered. If you have a similar program in your organization, would be great if you can share some insights on plan design.
