My previous organization A didn't give my reliving letter but accepted my letter of resignation. They told me I'll have to apply as a fresher since there was a bond. But they created a UAN. Now I got selected in organization B. My uan is linked to aadhar. What should I do? Should I hide the UAN ?

Dear Friend, You don’t have the option to hide or do any thing, every process of PF linked with your Aadhar card.

Hi,
You should share your UAN to your new employer so as to continue with same UAN. After two months of service with current new employer you may transfer your old PF contribution to current employer PF. Your old employer to has to approve with DOR in their login.

But I applied to this post as a fresher. Will the organization B able to see months of experience? Will they create a new UAN if I don’t disclose this one?

Dear Friend,
When company B try to create your new UAN then it will not be possible because your Adhar already linked with your previous employment.
entire this process takes a time to understand your service history so keep calm and don't try to hide your previous UAN.
