Sandeep HR
Pls help to clarify "Whether basic salaries and gross salaries can be the same", if we consider basic salary as per minimum wages.
Telangana minimum wages Rs 335/day so total in 26 days Rs 8710 if I pay basic salary Rs 8710 we have to pay 12% Pf of that amount and 1.75% ESI .
I have not pay HRA & other allowances, Is it compliance or not ?? pls confirm.
