Unless until Supreme Cpourt give the Judgement, no judgement can be treated as a LAW.
High court may give judgement in some circumstances but it will be not treated as a LAW. Pl note.
As per statutory Law, you have to deduct PF on leave encashment. rate of contribution will be same as 12%.
