Hi All, I have 6 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition and now my designation is Asst.TA Manager.
I am thinking of moving to generalist role. Would like to know whether it would be good?
My same company has such options. Help me with your inputs.

Hi, Its really an good option... and your current company is giving you this exposure go for it... its career development, you would be exposed to other gamut of HR functions.
