By February 2018 I have moved to new concern where I have completed 8 months of service in my new concern.
Now Diwali Bonus work is going on, I did not complete one year of service in my new concern. In that case, they told me that I am not eligible for bonus.
As per Bonus Act, if I have worked more than 30 days in accounting year, I am eligible for 8.33% Bonus.
If I didn't receive bonus means how to act legally to receive bonus.
I would like to know this to increase my knowledge only.
