1) My company suspend us under reason of illegal strike & held domestic inquiry.
But in suspension letter company forced us for sign in attendance book daily on main gate for subsistence allowance.
2) Subsistence allowance & traveling allowance not give on time to time .
3) Also attendance allowance & performance allowance not calculating in subsistence allowance
4) Suspended employees Diwali bonus for financial year of 2015-2016 not give till date.
Please give us suggestions.

If the management has suspended you and your other colleagues for Illegal Strike,
then why you people has given such opportunity to declare it as Illegal ?
Have you have not given proper advance information and time to put your demand?
Are you all engaged for deptt in essential services ?
Whether you have given its information to Labour Authorities / ALC Also.
Kindly update us first.
Now if the management has declared it illegal and initiated it Domestic Enquiry, its result may be some terrible. Yet As advised try to co operate in enquiry by coming / putting daily attendance. You will be provided S/ A on completion of wage period on date of wage distribution.
