We have given for modification of Basic details for the correction of Adhaar, Name and DOB.
PF Bangalore field office has rejected the request and provided the remarks as K. Please inform what is the remarks K meaning.

Kindly check your other KYC documents, as if other documents contains "jayamma S" as registered name then this aadhar card seeding would be rejected,
pan and bank name should be corrected 1st , then seeded, then apply for change, it will get approved
