I am working in telecom company as a MIS executive. I am very upset due to late office timing. There are 1000 employees in our company all employees go back to to home in office timing what specific our departments employees never going on time. Our start office time is 9:30 am. But there is no closing time. Every day we are working 12 to 15 hours. please give any suggestions what I do now..

Hi,
There is no need to follow the trend for late sitting, you finish your work within office hrs and leave afterwards. If someone stopping to doing so, than you can raise your concern to your senior management or to your HR. You can also ask to over time benefit too. Be sure do not leave urgent task in mid. Ignore health and personal life because of job is not good. But ignoring urgent office work can lead to termination , so set your priorities and manage work according.
