As per the offer letter and policy if a person is separated in probation period they have to serve a notice period of 15 days or else compromise with the basic pay of 15 days. I agreed on the latter point to my employer but still they are not relieving and creating small unwanted issues.
Is this legally right and what step shall be taken?

Please elaborate your query. what are the issues they are creating. Are they not accepting your resignation or asking you to serve an extended notice as against mentioned in the appointment letter?
