What is the procedure to change Mobile number in UAN member portal and recover UAN Password if mobile number is missed & not working, UAN password is forgotten, Aadhaar number & PAN Card number is not linked with UAN member account, UAN member name and Aadhaar & PAN card name is different
Shall employer send Joint declaration form to EPFO field office for employee contact details corrections.

Hi,
First send a Joint declaration for name correction to the regional pf office.
After getting your name corrected as per your KYC document(Aadhar/PAN), go to any field office of epfo and get your aadhar and pan linked to your UAN no. This is offline method, as you have forgot your pwd and registered mob.no and KYC is not uploaded and approved by employer, you have to opt for this method.
Once, your KYC has been approved by the employer, you can retrive your pwd/mob.no or even modify it by verifying your KYC details against it through online by visiting the same member portal site.
