I have joined a new company. The Company also newly established. I joined as HR. The company don't have PF and ESI.
We want introduce PF and ESI in my company. Could you please tell me how to approach.

Before introducing the PF and ESIC in your organization, you need to ensure the applicability. Like say for PF it is 20 or more no. of employees and for ESIC it is 10 or more no. of employees.
Further ESIC and PF registration has become online, you need to apply for that through online process. If you find any difficulty you may take help from the ESIC and PF consultants.
