If my monthly in hand salary is 13000/- then what is basic and all contribution please give me breakup of salary.

50% should be your basic pay (ie) 6500; the rest you can break up with HRA; DA remember if your hand salary is 13,000 the gross would be around 14,000 include of PF and ESI and PT

As per the Minimum Wages Act basic is for unskill members Rs:-3900/- Special All is 3833/- is unchanged, HRA is 5 % on (Basic + Spcl All.) Rs. 387 /- and remaining amount can merge at Education Allowance or Conveyance All is Rs. 4880/- The total Net Salary is Rs. 13000/-. You can split up this format.
