I have been working as HR Business Partner with a startup company. I would like to know Being authorised signatory for your company's financial stuff would be recommended or not? I am in a position that I am accountable for Business operations as well and hence would be great if you could suggest me what are the pros and cons in it. Thank you.

Dear,
It depends on what type of contribution you are contributing towards Company. In your question you called yourself as "Business Partner". Any person who is major and mentally fit can be a partner. The important is how he/she involved in business i.e whether he/she is contributing financially only OR financially with active participation in business.
Please check that have you executed/entered in any partnership deed? Have you registered it? Have you opened any bank account in the name of Partnership Business? It depends upon what type of role you are playing in business.
