Why confusion in this matter experience certificate signed by HR head, but letter head and seal should be organization Seal , The certificate represents organization not for department kalijanni

Hello Waheed uddin,
kalijanni is right.
But your posting conveys something strange too--what do you mean by "i have completed my exp.letter"?
Whoever in the Company drafts the Exp Letter of an employee will also know whose seal to put on it. Unless you are preparing it yourself for your benefit [in short 'faking the letter'].
I do hope I am wrong.

Dear waheed,
Kalijanni & TS are absolutely correct. There is always Authorized Human Resource's signature with Company seal. This is very simple n not the matter of confusion, except, if u r preparing letter urself. ( as TS said ), which is a big fraud n it will demolish ur career or credibility in the market, once any employer will come to know abt it. Because now a days, Ref check is being done meticulously by all big organizations.
