We need quality manpower with positive attitude behavioral approach understand the company ethics and policies .
Firstly safety of employees is important because any something goes wrong , the company has to give compensation.
Secondly Reaching production targets at peak level capacity of machineries
Thirdly quality should be maintain and also quality should be improve
Fourth as per production and the whole product/materials should be dispatch and marketing should be done without getting any complaints.
Fifth costing should be done to get profits orelse if costing gets in loses something goes wrong with management decisions or improper tyrannical ethics of top management.
India can be make super power nation when we fulfill above five tasks.
