Before giving treatment, doctor tries to find what is wrong with the patient ! Do you know what are the grey areas in which your people need training. You need to do an anlysis first. Secondly what kind of employees you have ? Whether you want to impart technical or behavioural intervention ? If it is technical then it is a different cup of tea. If it is behavioural, people like me can generate and give you Training Need Analysis, take the support of the immediate superior of each employee and let them find out and inform you in which areas the employees require knowledge and skill enhancement. Also do some analysis and find out, what is the current productivity levels and how this training can enhance the productivity. So, focus on those topics which will have an impact on productivity. As an alternative, hire me and I will help you.
Best wishes
