Hi Every one,
I do have a concern which I am not able to sort out myself. I would like to know your views.
My present company is a proprietorship company owned by a single owner. The no of employees is max to max 15, not more than that.
This is my first ever company after my education. So I didn't think much before joining it as I was desperate to get a job. And I wasn't aware of these facts that time too. I mean who would be? Anyways, now my question is suppose I am looking for a job change right now and I am going to join a new company a bigger one. So what are consequences? Will this create a problem? I will have all the docs. But I want to know from you guys about the situation as you are much knowledgeable in this fact.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks in advance

dear friend,
earn and learn, it is not the company it is the style and function, the care, the ownership, the product... it is the beautiful cycle you can learn, from your mentioning it seems your age would be around 21 to 23, take one full year learn and move further, some times the company may be small but give you ample of substance to learn and make you a great entrepreneur... again earn and learn, learn and earn ...the cycle is with you ... it is not the company it is you whether you are small or big ....
best of luck .........

Hi,

Gone through your query. How the company size depends on you experience and skill enhancement. Most of the start up companies provides a friendly working environment to their employees and gives a lot of opportunity to learn by own not by spoon feeding.

What is your actual concern? It is a start up company and you want a brand tag in your career? Or you are not getting enough opportunity to grow your knowledge here? Or you are not getting enough salary to make a start in your career? Or anything else.

If it comes to brand, then you should continue here for atleast 2 years because in 1st year yo will be into learning and experimental situation where the company will get very less output but in 2nd year you can utilize your knowledge and help employer to grow.

If it comes to salary, its just the beginning. You are in the infant phase, once you will grow, you will get for food to continue your growth. Don't be in a hurry mood.

If it comes to opportunity, in this matter you have to be serious and if you are not getting enough space on that, you can think to move forward.

Thanks a lot for your responses.
I have got an offer from an MNC but on the payroll of a third party. Should I go for it? Can I get on to company payroll few months later instead of the third party? Is it possible? Please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
