Dear Awads,
What is your designation? In what department do you work? Whom you report to? As far as "Company Development" is concerned, it is top management that is responsible for that. Therefore, it would not be fair to jump to their level.
In case if you are working in HR, then you can do value addition by introducing performance measures at various level. These could be at organisation's level, at department's level and at individual level. It is these measures that will bring out the real worth of HODs, their departments and individuals too.
