An employer has not appeared for personal hearing for the notice issued by the ESIC for personal hearing because of this the ESIC has been Passed order u/s-45A and now issued Notice under section -45G to Banker of employer. Now the question is employer has the option to go for appeal? if yes who is the Appellate Authority? pls guide me on this issue.
