I was working in client place from an vendor and got offer to join client.
when i spoke with my payroll company, they told they didn't received any information regarding it and told not initiate or involve in any such discussions.
later i conformed my parent company that i have received and accepted client offer letter along with joining date.
But HR of parent company told they didn't receive any such request from client.
Suddenly my parent company conformed the that i was released from them on EOD of day before my joining date.
So they cheated me in hiding information till end of the day last working day.
I questioned them that how can you release me without notice period or notice pay as per my appointment letter and the response was there wont be any prior conformation in client absorption cases.
this client absorption process was not mentioned in my appointment letter or not informed to when it is applicable to me.
I'm asking notice pay as they hided the information till last minute and cheated me.
Can i take legal action as they failed to give written notice as per accepted appointment letter?
