I have a question that if employee work on third party payroll and after 4 years the Principal employer change the vendor and employee migrate on other vendor payroll then employee got is Gratuity or not ???

Dear Khushal,
This actually differs on the basis of your Management decision. You need to check with them. Normally when contractor is changed then if they do their FnF that mean their liability ends there only. But if not done that mean it may intended to count as countinuation of service.
