There is a difference between still birth and miscarriage. Still birth is not common at 31 weeks. Please confirm whether it is miscarriage or still birth

The baby died during 31st week and delivered that baby.. I guess miscarriage is before 21 weeks of pregnancy.

The employee will be entitled to 6 weeks of leave. Further, any leave already granted prior to delivery will not be deducted or disallowed
