Hi,
Is it possible to reduce employee's gross as client is not ready to pay their employer contribution of ESIC. They want us to keep CTC unchanged and reduce all associate's gross salary who are coming under new esic slab i.e 21000. Is any other way to keep ctc unchanged by following esic new rule.
Please help.
Regards
Ravi

there is no such solution available, employee and employer both has to sit together and discuss the issue to resolve the same
employees within the bracket of 15001 and 21000 only are getting effected, as ESIC was mandatory upto 15000 earlier.
