Hi All,
Have a confusion about the work timing for Women who are employed in any other sector than IT, where the rules govern that after 8 pm they are not allowed to work.
Can anyone solve the doubt. what are the necessary requirements to employee women after 8 pm, till 10 pm.
Is there any amendment in this regards ??
