Respected Authority, I would like to introduce first My Name is Mukul Working as an HR in IT Industry.
I have one question couple of weeks before one of our employee met with an accident and he got injured. He went to private hospital for treatment during treatment he spend around 60k. His current salary is 13500/- (Comes under ESIC deduction in our company) & He is asking for medic-claim from ESIC.
Please suggest process or information to get claim amount in such situation.

1. Sir, ESIC has formulated its instructions/rules for reimbursement of expenses for medical treatment. An online link of some of instructions as available on website of ESIC is mentioned as follows for information:
Reimbursement | Employee's State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India
You can search out more relevant information from the website of the Regional Office of ESIC to which your unit is attached.
2. Further, I think, ESIC has also a referral policy for referring such cases to private hospitals. You can see the same from the website of ESIC.

ESIC Claim prosier is very simple first fall hospitalization Employee 24 hrs inform ESIC Dispensary then after hospital admit & last discharge all bill collection after esic dispensary collect few form then submit claim.
