We are a domestic BPO based out of Hyderabad. Very high turn over. Kindly advise whether the Employer can make payments on account of PF and ESI - (both employee and employer contribution), without recovery from the employee/s. Would be thankful for review and advice.

Does your company do not have PF & ESIC registration?
If no then first do the registration for the same/ If yes then why you did not do it before is there all employees out of ESIC & PF coverage?

Yes it is possible but the documentations should be in accordance. You should ensure the proper documentations related to the same properly.
