Dear All,
Recently we have paid joining bonus of 10k to a new employee, we have paid partly 5k in cash at his 1st day of joining and rest amount 5k got credited in his account along with his salary of 20k.
We have paid him total 30k in the 1st month :
Salary Amount 20k
Joining Bonus 10k (Partly paid in cash and in account)
Can I show cash payment amount in the Pay Slip, as by including it total amount would differ from his bank statement.

It depends on your internsl system One way out is to show the first 5000 in salary as advance, then include entire 30k and payment will tally
