Hi Seniors, I am currently working in a overseas consultancy.My MD asked me to prepare Payslip. Here no PF,ESI etc.Also No Professional tax is deducted.Kindly advice whether consultancies should deduct professional tax for employees.If yes at what percentage.also please help me with format of salary slip for consultancy
