Please help me with the ratio calculation of employee vs hr. As in our organisation there are 417 employees are working.

There is no fixed ratio It will depend on lots of different factors mainly what is the work load that will apply

This will vary from estt. to estt. If it's highly labour intensive unit like factories higher HR manpower ratio would be reqd. especially when they are unionised. A unit can optimise its own HR strength by offloading some of its statutory services/welfare measures like canteen attendance maintenance, security and some times Pay roll processing, facilities like house keeping, maintenance etc. In some units medical needs also offloaded. Therefore the policy of the management will prevail in this respect.
