Dear Mr Johnson,

While need for Administrative Manual cannot be underestimated, there are few other things that are also equally important. One is the comprehensive of generation of MIS. I recommend you this because most of the start ups forget that their future decision will depend on what kind of information they are going to generate now. Since these companies do not do any research of their own operations, their decisions are based on the narrow information base.

The second thing that you need to do is to check do you measure what deserves to be measured. This is again one more grey area amongst India businesspersons. Therefore, I request to you is to include these two things in addition to Admin Manual. While admin manual will facilitate current operations it does not suffice purpose for your future operations.
