currently I am working in an MNC for past 4 years, before that I have worked in another MNC for 1 year but not relieved properly. Even though I served Notice period and did Exit Formalities, I have been terminated.
Now I want search again, I am confused whether to show that 1 year Previous employment.
Can you please suggest, I go ahead with 4 + 1 experience. Will the new employer accept my 1 year past experience without Relieving letter?
I got all Payslips, Form16, Service Certificate, Resignation mail from previous employer except Relieving letter.
