Dear Seniors and friends; We came up with soap noodle manufacturing plant(Distillation of Fatty Acid and production ) at kandla port Gujarat.
Here we appointed G.M. (Works) to take care entire plant’s smooth running but somehow we’re not able to run our plant smoothly.
Therefore we decided to create Vice President Post and for that I have been asked to design KRA’s & KPI’s.
More over the person to whom we’re going to designate will be based at Mumbai; He’s not wishing to relocate so how can I be able to compute his salary, as reporting is not possible on daily basis

Hi, 1.If its not possible on daily basis then collect 3-4 days attendance at one day.( Place of worked, Customer name). 2. Update that in Excel Sheet and consider the same for salary.

Dear Arun,
Reporting Daily can be possible... You need to have a log in created for him via his office computer. Therefore the moment he logs into the Mumbai Office Computer, the attendance can be marked.
Also if he not ready to relocate, then how is the smooth working, which is the base reason that you created this vacancy will be ensured. How can he handle day to day working in Kandla from Mumbai???
