You can classify their salary about 70% to total pay as fixed payment and the balance 30% as flexible as variable, but you have to stipulate the time frame as to when the crisis of your company gets over and your mode of payment for the 30% of the variable payment deducted and the number of instalments you propose to pay.
Accordingly, you need to discuss with your management to work out a schedule and start your work.
