I have a question regarding transfer or sponsorship/change of job. My question is , If i come to UAE on a work visa and do not wish to work with my sponsor, Can i find a new job and change my sponsorship immediately after receiving my first residency card? My current sponsor will give me a No Objection Certificate So there is no problem from his side because he is my cousin. So can i immediately resign from him and find a new job?
