this organisation has a balance sheet of 2012 indicating 1245 Crores turnover, 411 crores as reserves and Profit at 95 crores, and 32% divident, 2013 no auditor is ready to sign the shet

1. for the salary not paid: Complaint to the labour commissioner under the payment of wages act
2. for the TDS recovered and not deposited upto may: send details of yours and organisation along with PAN No to the ITO of applicable income tax circle for the organisation.
3. for PF: Raise letters along with evidence (your appointment letters/proof of having employed till jan-14, relieving letters (if any)) to the regional provident commissioner.
4. Send copy of all the letters to the organisation you left.
5. Send the notice for payment of salary, through your lawyer.
Hopefully your ex employer should understand and release all the dues.
