Respected Seniors,
I have been working in a PVT LTD company for the past 7 months. I cant decide which appraisal technique I should use (though i want to opt for 360 degree appraisal). The employee strength is 33(Head office staff only). The company is into manufacturing of organic fertilizers and PGR\'s, retailing of tractors of the top company in India and also into advertising. I am not much involved with the manufacturing employees. I am the only person in the HR Department and without any training or guidance from anyone here. Please guide as to how I should go about it.I would be a great help if some precise formats are attached along.

hi Khushboo,
As this company is in manufacturing and also you dont have much guidane here, I would suggest to go ahead with normal Performance appraisal cycle. In which the Manager rates his suboridnates as per his set & acheived KRA and suggest for further action to be reviewed by his reviewing manager. This will save time and will be more effective and efficient for you too.
Let me know if more info is required on the topic.
