Hi All
The concept of mentoring had not found importance in the Indian workplace till recently. I personally think this was due to the organizational culture.
But now organizations are stressing on this theme more to retain talent and for developing the organization's vital resources. Indian Oil Corporation has recently implemented the concept of 'Mentoring' into their learning and work culture.
I am attaching an article on Mentoring. the article talks about establishing a mentoring system in the organization. I thought it was a good one to share with all my friends.
Please let me know your views on it.
regards
Anuradha
