Hi Banupriya,

As suggested by Mr. Karthik, register you profile with well known job portals (Naukri.com, Monster.com, Timesjobs.com, & Shine.com). Approach Job Consultancies/Recruitment Agencies in your area.

Take the help of senior students of your college. Try to know where they are working currently. Keep in touch with them, if they are friendly & helpful. Request them to tell you about latest job openings in the companies where they got placed. Besides advertising in job portals & news papers, Companies also prefer candidature/applications that come through employee referrals.

There is plenty of information available on the internet. Search & explore through various possible resources. Some Companies & Job Consultancies post the job vacancies in Forums, Blogs, Social Networking Websites, besides listing the vacant positions on the job portals.

There are many no. of vacancies in Public Sector Organizations for the past few years. Go through the websites of these companies (BSNL, ONGC, BHEL, BPCL, Indian Oil, Coal India Ltd. Vizag Steel, etc.). There are bright Career opportunities for banking professionals in India. State Bank of India (SBI) had advertised a notification for Probationary Officer posts in the last week.

I wish you all the best for your job searches.

Regards,

PavanKumar

Banu,
When you have got qualification in Electronics & Communication, why are you trying in HR field. I would suggest you to search in Engg field where growth prospects are better than HR field.
Do not post your CV in the public forums as some unscrupulous elements may try to misuse it.
