An employee take leaves on Friday , Saturday and Sunday are week off Monday is festival off and he joined back on Thursday,(Tuesday and Wednesday also he was on leave) how many days will be calculated in leaves If organization having prefix and suffix leaves policy

Reg: Prefix or Suffix
It is totally your organisation policy, In our organisation we do have same where as employee can avail any kind of leave where week off OR Public Holiday may be prefix or suffix. If any Holiday or weekly off comes between leave then employee has to apply leave for that Holiday or weekly off.

If your company policy says that leaves prefixing or suffixing holidays will consider as leaves then it has to consider as leaves, there should be no second thought to it... We cant play with the policy

it all depends on company policy. If policy gives suffix and prefix holiday benefit then one can avail that benefit. No issue.
